How to Measure Your Bra Size at Home (Pakistan Guide)
Quick answer: Measure your band snugly under the bust, then around the fullest part of the bust, both in inches. Subtract the band from the bust — each inch of difference is one cup size (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D). For example, a 32-inch band and 35-inch bust is a 34B.
Step 1 — Band
Wrap a tape around your ribcage directly under the bust, snug and level. Round odd numbers to the nearest even (31 becomes 32).
Step 2 — Bust
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, tape level and not too tight.
Step 3 — Cup
Subtract band from bust. 1 inch = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D, 5 = DD. Prefer not to do the maths? Use our free bra size calculator.
Common sizes in Pakistan
Most women wear between 32B and 38C, with 34B, 34C and 36B the most common.
Signs of a wrong fit
Band rides up (too big), cups gape (cup too big), spillage or red marks (too small), straps dig in or slip. Between sizes? Try a sister size — 34C, 32D and 36B hold a similar cup.
