Panty sizes in Pakistan follow hip measurement in inches: S is about 32 to 34, M is 34 to 37, L is 37 to 40, XL is 40 to 43 and XXL is 43 to 46. Bras use a band number and a cup letter, so 34B means a 34-inch band with a 2-inch difference between band and bust. Band sizes commonly stocked here run from 30 to 48, and most women wear between 32B and 38C.

Measure your hips at the widest point and match that to the size chart rather than guessing from your jeans size. In Pakistan most women fall between M and L, which is 36 to 40 inches at the hip. Cotton is the safest choice for daily wear in this climate. Order with cash on delivery so you pay only when the parcel reaches you, and check the exchange window before you order in case the fit is not right.

Measure your band snugly under the bust, then around the fullest part of the bust, both in inches. Subtract the band from the bust, each inch of difference is one cup size (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D). For example, a 32-inch band and 35-inch bust is a 34B.
